About K&RYN
Andrew “Diesel” Bennett, Mental Performance ScientistK&RYN is the creation of Andrew “Diesel” Bennett. He works one to one with people facing anxiety, stress and nervousness through his Mind (re)Set sessions, and shares his own mental health journey from the stage as a keynote speaker.
What sets his work apart is the combination of lived experience and scientific methodology - the understanding that, in sport as in life, the race is won in the mind first. Having navigated his own darkness and come back through it, Andrew helps others turn the limits they think they have into the place they start from.

I had the pleasure of hearing Andrew speak at a business event I attended recently. I found him to be inspiring, interesting and above all, genuine. His story has highs and lows and you can see why he now uses his experience to help people get the most out of themselves.
Andrew joined us for a superbly interesting talk as part of our end of season awards evening. He offered a great blend of personal anecdotes - which highlight his pedigree and knowledge base in performance science - as well as excellent practical guidance on improved mental performance in the approach to athletic competition.
