I felt the K&RYN brand was getting a little confusing, with the vast amount of content and the different session types I can offer to such a variety of clients.
So it made sense to create AB Performance and focus this side of the business purely on corporate and team building events - giving organisations a clear, dedicated home for the high performance work I do with teams and leaders.
